I like to paint with watercolors. I'm not GOOD at it, per se, but I do enjoy it. The problem is, whenever I get the urge to paint, I don't want to draw something really fast and then paint it, I WANT TO PAINT RIGHT NOW. So I print the awesome lineart of others to color in. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. The color is consistent, adding a nice professional look. Normally, whenever I use water colors (and fail), I can't get the color flat and even, it's always blotchy and annoying... -_-
Also, the sharp claw shading is nifty!
